My family and I were in the mood for pizza the other night and decided to check out Nicolo’s Pizza in Highlands Ranch 303-791-9800. We had a great time and so I thought I’d take a break from writing only about Real Estate and tell you about the experience. It was a Friday night and we had our family of five plus our son’s friend Elliott who might as well live with us. The place was busy but there was no waiting so we were seated pretty fast. They asked for our drinks and brought out some rolls.
A Pizza Place that you can sit down and eat at.
Many of the quick pizza chain places are fine for take out, but I like to be able to sit in a restaurant and get served. The atmosphere was good and comfortable for our family, not too loud. Like I said earlier, they brought out drinks and bread within a few minutes of getting there. We ordered a cheese pizza for the girls and half meat lovers and pineapple and ham for the guys. The pizza was hot and tasted great. I really liked the sauce. Too many times when I get pizza, it is too dry and tasteless, this was not the case with Nicolos.
I was able to meet the owner, Tyson and asked him about Nicolos
He mentioned that Nicolos opened June 13, 1994 and is the oldest established Pizza Restaurant in Highlands Ranch. When asked what comments that he hears the most, he replied: ” That we have the best “homemade pizza” within the area. Many People love the fact that we have actually a restaurant, because most pizza places have moved to only Pick up and Delivery.”
Who comes to Nicolo’s most often?
“Family’s that want to enjoy a Great Pizza as a Family. Many times adults don’t want to eat a typical “fast food” pizza so they come to nicolo’s to enjoy quality homemade, fresh pizza’s, pastas, salads, calzones, and sandwiches.”
Do you have an online menu?
“People can join our e-club and see our menu at www.highlandsranchnicolos.com Our e-club allows Nicolo’s to keep our customers updated with fundraisers, and new specialty pizzas…. Plus we send different special coupons!”
