"Alan- High levels of humidity are tough to maintain here because it is so dry, but I could see it being an issue in lower zones.
Matt, I am with Zach, it will be interesting to see how this plays out. As long as his business was not affecting the neighbors, it seems he has the right if everything else is legit. I mean, he could open up shop in Town Center if he wanted to. Everyone would still scream, just like they are all over town. But business is business. "

"I'm looking forward to seeing how this case pans out with the Feds over stepping boundaries of the State rights and their laws.

Not really sure how this grower could think having a commercial operation in a residential zone would be legal (ignoring what he was growing just focus on the commercial aspect).

Sorry I don't have any comments regarding the real estate market, I'd think once the smoke clears the whole thing will blow over and people will forget. (get it smoke, blow over). However at work one of the toxic databases we track and report is CDL (clandestine drug labs "meth labs") since the people operating those are using heavy chemicals and not properly disposing of them. Maybe marijuana operation would qualify if they used a lot of heavy fertilizers in such a small concentrated area. We include that database in both our commercial and residential reports."
