The Colorado Club is the center of the community and all of the activities surround it. There is a huge soccer field, playground and outdoor pool to compliment the fantastic clubhouse. Each unit comes with a garage and the square footage ranges from 1,400 square feet to 1,900. The properties sell very well in Silver Mesa due to the lower cost and high level of services.
